Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Pediatric Inpatient team in Bangor, Maine. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in the largest inpatient child psychiatry program in the state, within our newly opened state-of-the-art facility.
\nJ-1 Waiver sponsorship is available, with a pathway to permanent residency (Green Card) supported by experienced immigration counsel.

Compensation Information:

- $304,000-$313,000 annual base salary. \n
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc. \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Oversee diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans \n
- Ensure all therapies and therapeutic activities align with treatment goals \n
- Conduct initial evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, and provide ongoing patient care \n
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development \n
