Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Laser Operators for direct hire opportunities with growing manufacturing operation in Santa Ana, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing production environment.
- Read and follow work orders, job instructions, part specifications, and production schedules.
- Load, unload, measure, and inspect materials and finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and shop floor best practices at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
- 1st shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Overtime may be required, including starting as early as 4:00 AM, staying later, or working Saturdays.
- Location: Santa Ana, CA.
