• Compensation: Competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off annually, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and a potential 5-day paid absence for continuing medical education (CME).
• Retirement: Traditional federal pension with 5 years of vesting and a federal 401K plan with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.

• Licensure: Must hold one full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.

• Contract: No employment contract required for physicians, with no significant restrictions on moonlighting.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Call Schedule: No on-call duties.

• U.S. Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is impossible to recruit qualified citizens, in accordance with VA policy.
• Education: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine is required.
• Licensure: Candidates must have a current, complete, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Residency: Completion of a residency program in an accredited core specialty is necessary.
• Board Certification: Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
