Coverage is needed from 7 AM on August 13 to 7 AM on August 17, with potential for ongoing intermittent assignments.
24-hour coverage required, with 1-2 days of clinic work as necessary.
ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
An active Indiana medical license is essential.
Board Certified or Board Eligible status is required.
