RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee resident care by effectively scheduling and assigning nursing staff as a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor.
Create a nurturing atmosphere by offering support to both residents and their families.
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.
Document resident care services accurately and consistently.
Foster a collaborative relationship among healthcare team members.
Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care is essential.
Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director for all staff members.
Familiarity with EHR and e-Prescribing systems is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
