Quick Facts Location: 1600 North Grand Avenue, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: Flexible scheduling, 36 patient-facing hours/week plus on-call responsibilities Hours/Week: 36 patient hours Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board-eligible or fully licensed in Family Medicine (must have completed residency) Experience: Not open for locum or visa candidates Pay & Benefits Pay Package: Competitive base salary between $257,000–$286,000 annually Additional Compensation: Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus, productivity bonuses based on wRVUs, and student loan repayment assistance of up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years) Relocation: Eligible candidates may receive relocation assistance Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Life insurance and disability coverage Multiple retirement plan options Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Paid sick leave per applicable laws What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population Conduct outpatient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Manage and follow a panel of patients with ongoing, continuity care Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led team Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues Support the development and implementation of patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth’s mission Utilize nearby lab and imaging services for fully integrated care Contribute to quality improvement and health promotion initiatives in the community What You Need Required: Valid medical license or eligibility in Colorado Completion of Family Medicine residency (board-eligible or Board-certified) Ability to obtain or maintain provider credentialing with UCHealth Preferred: Experience in outpatient primary care Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Commitment to community health and preventative care About the Assignment Join a dedicated team in a reputable facility in Pueblo, Colorado, committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare tailored to the needs of the community.
