Quick Facts: Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Full-time, standard hours with shared on-call rotation (including weekends) Hours/week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure; Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology Experience: Prior experience with advanced endoscopy (preferably ERCP) is preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits: Salary: $405,000 – $450,000 annually, based on experience Additional Compensation: Eligibility for a productivity bonus paid on weekly wRVU generation Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance 403(b) with employer matching, 457(b) voluntary options Paid family and medical leave, PTO, and leaves of absence Relocation assistance available to eligible candidates Wellness programs and voluntary benefits (FSA, HSA, pet insurance, employee discounts, and more) What You’ll Do: Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions with high-volume patient caseloads Perform advanced procedures, including ERCP, utilizing state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment Collaborate closely with a team of five gastroenterologists and multi-disciplinary staff Participate in shared on-call duties, including weekends, to ensure continuous patient care Document clinical encounters using the EPIC EMR system with advanced endoscopy tools Engage in evidence-based practices and innovative procedures to deliver top-tier care Contribute to a supportive team environment emphasizing ongoing professional development and CME opportunities What You Need: Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility for licensure Board-eligible or Board-certified in Gastroenterology Experience with or willingness to learn advanced endoscopy procedures such as ERCP Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care About the Assignment: This position offers the opportunity to join a leading facility in Pueblo, CO, renowned for high-quality patient care and a collaborative work environment.
