Quick Facts Location: 400 West 16th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Standard working hours (schedule flexibility available) Hours/week: Full-time (40+ hours expected) Employment Type: Permanent, employed Licensure/Certifications: Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist Experience: 3+ years preferred, new graduates considered Pay & Benefits Annual Salary: $458,000 - $508,000 Pay Rate: $1.00 hourly (note: this may represent a placeholder; actual compensation discussed upon application) Additional Compensation: Potential quality or productivity bonuses Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Life and Disability coverage Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer match, 457(b) optional Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Relocation package (if eligible) Paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI) Paid sick leave, PTO, and leave of absence options Additional wellness benefits, FSA/HSA options, pet insurance, employee discounts What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient and surgical settings Diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions Perform surgical procedures at hospital and outpatient surgery centers Collaborate with audiology and other specialists for integrated patient care Manage a growing patient panel due to regional demand Participate in shared emergency call coverage (1:5 rotation) Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management Deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical care Work within a multidisciplinary health system supporting referrals and collaboration What You Need Required: Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology Three or more years of relevant clinical experience Preferred: Strong surgical skills Experience working in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a large, physician-led integrated health system committed to delivering high-quality ENT care to a community with substantial unmet demand.
