We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Houma, LA. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with fillings, simple and surgical extractions, denture steps and deliveries, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: July 1-2
Schedule: 7a-4p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Fillings, simple and surgical extractions, denture steps & deliveries
\n
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth
\n

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 3 DA, 1 RDH
\n

Requirements

\n
• Active Louisiana dental license
\n
• Active DEA with all schedules
\n
• CSR if required by the state
\n
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
