IRL (Immunohematology Reference Laboratory) Supervisor in Washington

I'm hiring for an IRL Supervisor in Washington!

The IRL Supervisor's key responsibilities include managing departmental staff and supervising key projects in accordance with established priorities and timelines; coordinating quality review and management of errors, error correction, corrective actions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) revisions, and validations associated with IRL processes; and provides technical expertise in IRL testing and the development and implementation of new methods, and, as needed, perform clinical laboratory testing.

Location: Near Renton, WA
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: Days
\n Requirements: College degree; SBB cert; prior experience, including blood bank and leadership
\n Pay: 108k-173k/yr
