Palliative Care Opportunity

\n - Full-time annual salary of $240,054
\n - 3 year contract
\n - Potential Annual Quality Incentive ($20,000 annually)
\n - On call for Palliative Care $100 per your if employed by Hospice and vice versa
\n - Sign-on bonus ($25K)
\n - Relocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K)
\n - Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)

$2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement
\n - Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure at HMC ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
\n - Continuing Medical Education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per year
