Hospitalist, Hospital Medicine Opportunity available in Midland, Michigan

MyMichigan Medical Center Midland is seeking a hospitalist to join our team. We have full time openings on a rotating shift (days, afternoons and nights) or nights only (nocturnist).

• 7 on, 7 off, rotating shifts or nocturnist
\n
• Census rounding 16-20, Admitting 10-16
\n
• Closed ICU
\n

This is a great opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible candidate to help grow our hospital medicine program. There is excellent support and collegiality with subspecialty services.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Medical management of patients
\n
• Admissions orders and H and Ps
\n
• Participate in rapid responses, code blues
\n
• Consultations and medical management of patients
\n
• Assume medical management of general inpatient admissions
\n

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• AHA approved BLS certification
\n
• AHA approved ACLS certification
\n
• State of Michigan license or eligible to apply
\n
• Must be a US citizen due to HPSA status of this geographic area
\n

Base salary and metric based bonus structure.
