Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Administrative Family Medicine nurse practitioner to join the Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding Department in Anaheim, California. In addition, conducting telehealth visits once a week, a key success factor of this position is educating providers to improve the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of clinical documentation and HCC coding to accurately reflect the patient's true clinical picture.

Position Details:

• Full-time, hybrid position (primarily remote)
\n
• Outpatient only
\n
• Monday to Friday schedule
\n
• Conduct regular reviews of identified providers to ensure compliance with CMS coding standards and regulations
\n
• Provide education and feedback to providers on documentation practices and coding
\n
• Mainly administrative work, clinical patient care 1 day per week and as needed
\n

Compensation & Benefits:

\n
• Compensation is between $183,822 and $217,790 per year
\n

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Required Qualifications:

\n
• 3 years minimum experience as FNP
\n
• 3 years minimum experience in Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding
\n
• Must have Epic and telehealth experience
\n
• Must be comfortable leading provider education presentations
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• 5 years experience in Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding
\n
