• Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 7 AM - 7 AM (24-hour shift), with 4 to 7-day blocks
• In-house call: A response time of 30 minutes is required
• Patient load: An average of 15 patients per shift, with approximately 3 admissions every 24 hours
• Critical care duties: Rounding on both new and existing patients is necessary
• Patient types: Care for burn, trauma, surgical, and medical critical care patients
• Required skills: Proficiency in PA catheter, IABP, temporary pacemaker, ICP management, and dialysis catheter
