Key Responsibilities

• Scheduled clinical hours along with in-house call duties
• Call ratio of 5, with a callback rate of 75%
• Manage approximately 20 patients per shift, including both inpatient and outpatient rounds
• Work in various practice settings: outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth
• Focus on adult surgical oncology; pediatric and neonatal care is not required
• Perform laparoscopic surgeries, central line insertions, and chest tube placements
• Required skills include vascular access, AV shunt placement, and peripheral arterial bypass
• Certification in laser procedures and PA catheter placement is necessary

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $220.00 to $275.00
