PART TIME RECEPTIONIST Job Responsibilities: Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member Setting appointments for customers both on the phone and in person Answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system Documenting customers who come into the dealership, noting basic demographic information and contact information Hours Monday Wednesday Friday 4pm-8pm (weekends alternate) One weekend: Saturday 8a-2p Sunday off Next weekend: Saturday 2p-8p Sunday 12p-6p Job Requirements: Priorexperience working as a receptionist or appointment setter highly preferred High level of organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance
