Perm General Dentist Needed for High Producing Office - Bakersfield, CA

We’re seeking a General Dentist for a private practice in Bakersfield, CA. If you’re an experienced dentist looking for a supportive environment and eager to help an established patient population, this could be a great fit!

Dates: Starting as soon as credentialing (shouldn't take long as it's PPO/FFS)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 and Saturdays 8-3 are optional. Open to 3-6 days per week

Pay: Open to a 1099 perm at 30% production or W2 with some benefits and 27% production

Support Staff: 4 Dental Hygienists and 4-6 Dental Assistants on any given day (3 being expanded/restorative function), practice owner also works daily.

What you’ll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
\n
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
\n
• Ideally someone who does molar endo and placing implants (or is at least open to learning)
\n

This is a great opportunity to focus on bread-and-butter dentistry with a solid team by your side. Office produces close to $4.5 million per year. Well-established, up to date technology.
