We are seeking a dedicated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team of advocates, nurses, and peer support specialists.\n
\n\n This role blends administrative leadership with direct clinical service, ensuring our participants receive high-fidelity ACT care that unlocks their full potential.\n

\n\n What You’ll Do\n
\n- \n
- Lead the Team: Oversee the administrative and clinical functions of the ACT program. \n
- Direct Care: Participate in the delivery of direct services to participants and their families. \n
- Ensure Fidelity: Maintain high standards for ACT model fidelity and engagement. \n
- Crisis Support: Provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support staff and clients. \n
- Collaborate: Work closely with community members, agency staff, and diverse client populations. \n

\n\n Required Qualifications\n
\n- \n
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work. \n
- Licensure: Full Michigan LMSW is required. (Limited licenses cannot be considered at this time). \n
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience treating adults with serious mental illness (SMI). \n

Certifications:\n
- \n
- Must meet QMHP criteria within 120 days of hire. \n
- Must hold a CAADC credential or be eligible for a development plan through MCBAP within 30 days. \n
- Willingness to obtain Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) status. \n
\n - Citizenship: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. \n
\n \n
\n\n Preferred Skills\n
\n- \n
- Previous supervisory experience. \n
- Background working within a Community Mental Health (CMH) setting. \n
- Prior experience specifically within an ACT team model. \n
\n \n
