Responsibilities\n

    Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures

    • \n
  • \n

    Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and efficiently

    • \n
  • \n

    Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation

    • \n
  • \n

    Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    Associate's degree (MLT) or Bachelor's degree (MT/MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

    • \n
  • \n

    ASCP certification preferred or eligible to obtain certification

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • \n
