A state-of-the-art facility in Duncan, SC is hiring Pipe Fitter's to support fabrication and assembly of pipe spools. This position is a direct hire position. Pay is $30$33/hour, based on experience. FabLogix is a shop environment where you would be prefabricating pipes for cooling systems for data centers. This position requires you to be comfortable fitting pipes for natural gas lines.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Plan each shift to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
\n
• Assemble fabricated pipe spools per shop drawings while maintaining high safety and quality expectations
\n
• Read and interpret isometric spool drawings
\n
• Problem-solve shop issues and make sound decisions to keep production moving
\n
• Use and maintain proper hand tools, cutting equipment, and automated equipment as needed
\n
• Work with various material types, pipe sizes, fittings, specs, and wall thicknesses
\n
• Fit pipe spools per specification and detail provided
\n
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
\n
• Maintain proper workflow at the station to meet production goals
\n
• Ensure final product documentation is accurate and geometric orientation is correct
\n
• Learn basic computer input for shop-floor documentation and tracking
\n
• Communicate effectively and assist with training/upskilling team members
\n
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Fabrication experience (preferred: 5+ years)
\n
• Understanding of welding procedures/processes including: GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW
\n
• Strong math skills (measuring, layout, angles, calculations)
\n
• Ability to plan work, troubleshoot issues, and follow detailed drawings/specs
\n
