We do not deal with spot market or brokered freight; instead, we offer stable, consistent lanes with customers who know us.

We are seeking an experienced OTR Truck Driver for a full-time, dedicated opportunity. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with weekly home time for your resets. You will be assigned your own high-quality, newer glider truck equipped with a manual transmission and Cat powermeaning no slip-seating and no e-logs (ELD exempt, paper logs required).

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
• High Earning Potential: Pay is weekly and percentage-based (26% of the truck's gross earnings). Our current drivers earn between $120,000 and $180,000 annually.

• Age & Experience: Must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Licensing: Valid Class A CDL with a Tanker Endorsement is required.
• Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Technical Skills: Must be fully comfortable operating manual transmissions and maintaining accurate paper logs.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, pride in your equipment, and the ability to communicate respectfully and daily with dispatch.
• Reliability: Proven ability to follow schedules for consistent, on-time pickups and deliveries.
