Specifics of the Role

Office Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient access
\n -
Minimum Required Hours Per Week: 36 hours
\n -
Call Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient call\n
\n - All calls are triaged through the nurses
\n
\n
\n
The Team
\n
\n - The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
\n - The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management and optional OB.
