As our General GI Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican, a multi-specialty, physician-owned and patient-centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. You will become an integral part of our team, affiliated with Dominican Hospital, providing exceptional gastroenterology care within a flexible, part-time practice located in a truly exceptional coastal community. You will work alongside established Gastroenterologists in the practice and an experienced team of community Gastroenterologists, sharing a manageable 1:5 weekday call and 1:9 weekend and hospital call. The convenience of having the endoscopy center, hospital, and clinic all within walking distance will streamline your workflow. Your practice will thrive within a humankindness culture that treats you as a person, not a number, fostering a collegial and autonomous work environment. You'll also have the opportunity to precept advanced practice providers and future residents, contributing to the next generation of medical professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will be a team-oriented, part-time General GI Physician seeking an exceptional work/life balance in a stunning coastal location. You will benefit from mentorship from experienced physicians, dedicated teams for efficient workflow, and a marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community.

We are offering a competitive compensation package ranging from $298k - $325k, depending on your experience and FTE (0.5-0.75). Your comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and a CME allowance.

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
