We are excited to announce an opportunity for Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin, with a competitive salary range of $285,000 to $350,000.
Our organization, located in Janesville, WI, is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our collaborative network of physicians across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. We are a comprehensive, multi-state health system that includes seven hospitals, featuring a state-of-the-art ACS designated Level I Adult Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. With over 800 employed physicians and 200 advanced practice providers, we operate more than 100 outpatient clinics and service sites, delivering care to over 55 communities in the region. Our extensive range of services includes more than 125 specialties and subspecialties, such as adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care (including WATCHMAN and TAVR), cancer treatment, plastic and reconstructive surgery, robotic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and much more!
Key Responsibilities:- Core Faculty Role: Participate as a core faculty member in a program with 21 residents.
- Education: Mentor and prepare the next generation of physicians, tailoring your role to align with your strengths and interests.
- Resident Precepting: Teach and guide residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
- Clinical Practice: Provide patient care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
- Administrative Duties: Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
- Comprehensive Care: Engage in a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health services.
- Medical Student Education: Participate in established educational opportunities for medical students.
- Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management.
- Referral Network: Access a wide range of multi-specialty referral sources.
- Non-Profit Status: Work within a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- Accredited Program: A well-established, unopposed community-based program with over 30 years of accreditation.
- Graduate Retention: A 40% retention rate of graduates in the community.

- A genuine passion for teaching residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical settings.
- Previous experience as faculty in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
- MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
