Associate General Dentist – Montana

The Opportunity
\n
High-volume PPO general dentistry practice with a best-in-class support structure. Treatment coordinators, trained hygienists, and assistants handle everything outside the chair.
\n
\n - 20–30 patients per day; up to 10 new patients daily
\n - Core procedures: fillings, crowns, bridges, endo, extractions, dentures
\n - Modern facility: Open Dental, Trios 5, iTero, Carestream CBCT
\n - Implant experience a plus, not required
\n

Compensation
\n
\n - 30% - 32%
\n - $20,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
\n - Health insurance, dental benefits (associate + family), 401(k), CE allowance, malpractice coverage
