About the POSITION:

Dentist needed for an FQHC in Auburn, NY

4 - 10 hour days

· Monday - Thursday work week. 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Flexibility to work between our main dental location as well as our School-Based Dental Locations if interested.

Examines patients to diagnose and treat oral and dental conditions.

· Provides routine care of patients including but not limited to; Examination of head and neck; administration of medication; periodontal therapy; x-rays and follow up maintenance checks.

· Management of emergencies including but not limited to; control of acute hemorrhages, anaphylaxis, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest and seizures.

· Diagnosis, treatment and management for illnesses and diseases that present in the office.

· Conducts procedures related to routine care or to symptoms exhibited during office visit including but not limited to; Restorations, non-surgical extractions, pulpotomy, dentures, and incision and drainage.
