\nProvide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management\n
\nPerform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans\n
\nOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide patient education and counseling\n
\nCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes\n
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems\n

Requirements:\n

\nMaster's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program\n
\nCurrent license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of New York\n
\nCertification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)\n
\nMinimum of [X] years of clinical experience as an FNP, preferably in a primary care setting\n
\nStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills\n
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams\n
