ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering effective and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients and their families.
As an LPN at our facility, you will deliver exceptional care to both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents within a structured, team-focused environment. This position allows you to apply your clinical expertise, aid in recovery, and ensure consistent care while collaborating closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.
- Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff members.
Base Pay: $31/hour - $36.50/hour, with an additional shift differential of up to $6.50 based on the shift.
Qualifications- Must have graduated from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing facility or as mandated by state regulations in an assisted living setting.
