We are in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become a part of our established practice in St. John, Indiana. The selected provider will join a busy team of experienced physicians who thrive in a supportive environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal abilities who is eager to forge strong community connections and develop lasting relationships with patients. The physician will collaborate effectively to ensure the delivery of top-notch patient care.

• Flexible full-time clinic hours
• Shared call rotation with seven other physicians
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients daily
• Inpatient volume: varies
• Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month
• Level III NICU supported by specialists from a renowned children's hospital
• Onsite Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support
• Willingness to collaborate with advanced practice providers and certified nurse midwives
• Ultrasound facilities available on-site
• Preferred proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries
• Access to experienced clinical support staff
• Strong collegial support network

• Doctorate degree required
• Physician License (DR) - Required upon hire
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - Required upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
