OB / GYN Physician - Central, IL

Our organization is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to become part of our esteemed and collaborative women's health team located in the vibrant region of Central Illinois. Practice Overview

• Diverse Responsibilities: Experience a balanced schedule that includes both obstetrics and gynecology.

• Practice Locations: Main office in Effingham and additional site in Vandalia, IL.

• Hospital Affiliations:

  • HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital (Effingham, IL)

  • Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (Mattoon, IL) - Level II NICU, surgical robotics, and scheduled OR time.

• Reliable Support: Access to rotating clinical staff, dedicated administrative assistance, and a comprehensive mentorship program.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive base salary ranging from $300,000 to $350,000+, along with a competitive productivity bonus.

• Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation assistance up to $15,000.

• Residency stipends available, up to $75,000.

• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, as well as maternity leave.

• Coverage for malpractice insurance, along with payment for licensing and credentialing fees.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

• Eligibility for a medical license in Illinois.
