Quick Facts: Location: 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301 Start Date: 05/29/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, weekday clinic hours, no call obligations Hours per Week: Standard clinical hours (exact hours to be discussed) Employment Type: Full-time employed physician Licenses/Certifications: Vermont medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency preferred; not open to recent grads or candidates planning to work multiple jobs Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder; actual compensation to be discussed) Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and training Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Supportive clinical team with advanced practice providers What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient noninvasive cardiology care in a clinical setting Manage a patient panel collaboratively with a physician and two Advanced Practice Providers Perform and interpret EKGs for diagnostic purposes Conduct ambulatory cardiac monitoring and interpret results Perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) Potentially perform nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiography Opportunity for device management (preferred but not required) Coordinate care with referral centers for advanced cardiovascular needs Maintain high standards for patient safety, documentation, and diagnostic accuracy Participate in a structured, weekday outpatient clinic schedule Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff across specialties What You Need: Vermont Medical License or eligible for licensing Board Certification or eligible in Cardiology Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience (not suitable for new grads) Strong diagnostic skills and team-oriented approach Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment About the Assignment: This outpatient cardiology role is based in a well-established practice in Brattleboro, Vermont, focused on comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
