Competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 per year, commensurate with experience Enjoy a predictable schedule with a light call duty (~7 days/month), providing work-life balance Work at a modern hospital with state-of-the-art surgical and outpatient facilities in a scenic, community-focused setting Quick Facts Location: 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301 Start Date: 05/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Clinical hours with light call schedule (~7 days/month) Hours/Week: Full-Time (40 hrs/week expected) Employment Type: Permanent, full-time License/Certs: Valid medical license in Vermont; Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience; not suitable for new grads or those planning multiple jobs Pay & Benefits Salary: $300,000 – $400,000 annually Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other professional expenses Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Access to modern operating rooms and facilities Supportive team environment with dedicated administrative and clinical staff What You’ll Do Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions (e.g., kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, urinary infections) Perform surgical procedures in a fully equipped operating suite, including preoperative planning and postoperative care Provide hospital and ER consultations in collaboration with colleagues Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies Document medical encounters accurately, adhering to policies and standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities Engage in light call schedule and collaborative team-based outpatient care What You Need Board Certification or eligibility in Urology Valid medical license for Vermont At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care About the Assignment This position is based at a supportive, community-focused hospital in Brattleboro, VT, offering a collaborative environment with an established urology team.
