Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join our team! In this role, youll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. Youll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.\nKey Position Details:
\nAs an outpatient psychiatrist at Allina Health, you will support Allinas growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify mental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care.

- Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up in a primary care clinic setting \n

- Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other common psychiatric conditions. \n

- Participate in the development of care pathways and quality improvement projects in integrated behavioral health. \n

- M-F schedule, with hybrid remote/and on-site at Shakopee Clinic \n

\nJob Requirements
\n- \n
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine required and \n
- Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Psychiatry or foreign equivalency training required \n
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire and \n
- ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire and \n
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required board certified in psychiatry within two years of hire \n
- Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required and \n
- Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required and \n
- National Provider Identifier upon hire required \n

\nPay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per year\nThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).\n\n\nBenefit Summary
