- Annual ED volume: ~30,000 visits \n
- 12-bed Emergency Department \n
- 24-hour physician coverage (two 12-hour shifts) \n
- 24-hour APC coverage (two 12-hour shifts) \n
- \n
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions \n
- Provide timely, high-quality emergency medical care in a moderate-volume ED \n
- Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients \n
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialty consultants \n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system \n
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives \n
- \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine \n
- Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure \n
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills \n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department environment \n
