\nAtrium Health is seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM Physician to join our Concierge Care Division in Charlotte, NC, for a new practice opening in Fall 2026. This membership-based model allows physicians to deliver highly personalized, proactive care to a defined patient panel, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.
\nHighlights
\n Provide comprehensive, individualized care to a small panel of patients (510 visits/day).
Build strong, lasting relationships with patients through extended visit times and proactive health planning.
\nWork Schedule: Monday Friday; 4.5 days per week.
\nManage weekday call for your own patients (aside from vacation weeks); rotate weekend call with physician partners.
\nAccess to onsite labs, radiology, and specialty referrals.
\nCollaborate with specialists and care teams across Atrium Healths integrated system.
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation, using EPIC EMR.
\nEducate patients on conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
\nBe part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
\nLeverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature.

Training and/or Experience Required
\n MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
\nMinimum of 4 years of clinical experience in primary care.
\nExperience in concierge or executive health preferred but not required.
\nActive NC medical license (or eligibility).
\nCurrent DEA registration and ACLS certification.
\nPassion for preventive medicine and patient-centered care.
\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
