Opportunity:

  • Monday-Friday clinic hours
  • \n
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • \n
  • Outpatient focused clinical practice
  • \n
  • Part-time openings \n
      \n
    • Part-time opening is 30 hours per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 8a-3p
    • \n
  • \n
  • Fulltime opening (NPs only, sorry no PAs)\n
      \n
    • Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • \n
  • \n

Day-to-Day:

\n
    \n
  • Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
  • \n
  • Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
  • \n
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • \n
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partners
  • \n
  • Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
  • \n
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
  • \n
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
  • \n
  • Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
  • \n

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Masters Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Masters Degree
  • \n
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • \n
  • Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
  • \n
  • 3+ years' experience preferred
  • \n
  • Medicare Advantage panel management experience a plus
  • \n
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
  • \n
