About this role:
\nAs a Urogynecologist with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

- You will join a team of two urogynecologists and two APPs with clinic space on campus of LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. \n
- Your schedule will typically include two days in clinic, two days in surgery per week. \n
- Our clinic is equipped with Laborie multichannel urodynamics, BK 3D transvaginal and endoanal ultrasound, cystoscopy, Botox and PTNS. \n
- DaVinci XI and DV5 Robotic Systems on site. \n
- Surgical assist is available through APPs, fellows, and residents. \n
- We have collegial relationships established with general OB/GYNs, Gyn/Onc, Urologists, Colorectal Surgeons, MFM, Anesthesia Providers, and other specialties both on-site and throughout Utah. \n
- There is significant need in the community, ability to ramp up your practice as quickly as desired. \n
- While not required, there is opportunity for community outreach as we have additional clinic space available in satellite facilities throughout Utah.

How we'll support you:
\nYou'll receive a $30,000starting bonus,up to $20,000in relocation assistance, and$75,000in student loan repayment. This position also includes a monthly stipend for those still in fellowship.

What youll bring:
\n- \n
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine \n
- ACGME OB/GYN Residency \n
- Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN \n
- Completion of a Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery \n
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
