\n Production Associate Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Operate sign production equipment, including printers, cutters, laminators, and plotters. \n
- Read work orders and manufacture signs to customer specifications. \n
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. \n
- Complete finishing work, including laminating, mounting, and vinyl application. \n
- Maintain a safe and organized production area. \n

- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. \n
- Overnight Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. \n
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \n

\n\n Pay: \n

- 1s Shift $22.00 / hour \n
- Overnight and Weekend Shift: $22.00 / hour plus a $2.00 shift differential \n

\n\n Production Associate Qualifications\n
\n- \n
- 6 months of production or manufacturing experience \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment \n
- Able to lift to 50 pounds \n
- Able to follow written instructions \n
- Willing to work overtime \n
