\n Substance Abuse Counseling Supervisor Needed!\n
\nThe Counselor Supervisor will supervise the Counselors and Counselor Interns who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark's policies and procedures. The clinical supervisor will ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Must identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Supervisor will also manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget.\n

\nResponsibilities:\n
\n* Direct and supervise all intake operations\n
\n* Review intake assessments for quality\n
\n* Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews and counseling meetings to ensure services are provided in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements\n
\n* Maintain a small caseload\n
\n* Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training's, guest speakers and reviewing literature\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n* Must hold an LCSW, LCPC, or LADC with CCS in the state of Maine\n
\n* Computer experience required\n
\n* Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience required - SMART EHR preferred\n
\n* MAT counseling experience preferred\n
\n* Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated and directed\n
\n* The Counseling Supervisor will have a positive attitude toward our chemically dependent patients and previous experience working with this population\n
\nSalary Range: \n
\nSalary ranges from $66,560.00 - $73,216.00 annualized \n
\nThe salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.\n
