Role Responsibilities:

As a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon, your duties will include:

  • Delivering expert assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for various foot and ankle issues, including trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive cases.
  • Conducting foot and ankle surgeries, such as arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon and ligament repairs, ankle replacements, and minimally invasive techniques.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans that encompass both surgical and non-surgical options.
  • Interpreting diagnostic imaging, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
  • Collaborating with orthopedic colleagues, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical School
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Possession of an active New York Medical License
