Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM

Starting Wage for New Graduates: $42.50 per hour

Tuition Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
  • Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Hold a current and valid nursing license in the applicable state, maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
