Our organization, located in Macomb, IL, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to become part of a thriving, team-oriented practice in West-Central Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge Women's Center equipped with modern Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) suites, along with robust surgical support. You will join a dedicated team consisting of 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife. Our facilities include:
- Level II Nursery
- Advanced Women's Center featuring:
- State-of-the-art LDR suites
- Private postpartum rooms
- Onsite Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Ultrasound
- Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Onsite surgical team
- 24-hour anesthesia support
- Collaborative care model with Certified Nurse Midwives, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Approximately 300 deliveries per year
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Dedicated Operating Room Block Time: Monday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- First call is managed by the Certified Nurse Midwife
This schedule promotes surgical consistency while ensuring balanced call coverage.
Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary range: $400,000 - $500,000, depending on experience

As an OB/GYN with our organization, you will deliver comprehensive women's healthcare services, which include:
- Annual wellness examinations and preventive screenings
- Diagnosis and treatment of gynecological conditions and infections
- Contraceptive counseling and fertility assistance
- Prenatal and postnatal care
- Labor and delivery services
- Gynecological surgical procedures
- Evaluation, treatment, referral, or admission of patients as clinically indicated
You will work closely with clinic personnel, medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Illinois
- Current DEA registration
- ACLS certification
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months if not current)
- Proof of attendance at an approved Fetal Monitoring Course every 2 years
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
