FAMILY MEDICINE | MEDICAL DIRECTOR / CMO Natchitoches, Louisiana Position Highlights Leadership Opportunity: Lead clinical operations for a growing FQHC serving rural and underserved populations. Balanced Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week with dedicated administrative time. Clinical & Administrative Mix: Approximately 4 days of patient care and 1 day of leadership responsibilities. Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with 7 Family Nurse Practitioners, behavioral health providers, dental staff, and executive leadership. Qualifications Degree: MD or DO Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred; Pediatrics considered.
