FAMILY MEDICINE | MEDICAL DIRECTOR / CMO Natchitoches, Louisiana Position Highlights Leadership Opportunity: Lead clinical operations for a growing FQHC serving rural and underserved populations. Balanced Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week with dedicated administrative time. Clinical & Administrative Mix: Approximately 4 days of patient care and 1 day of leadership responsibilities. Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with 7 Family Nurse Practitioners, behavioral health providers, dental staff, and executive leadership. Flexible Call: Shared phone-only call rotation; no hospital call. Mission-Driven Practice: Make a meaningful impact while shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Central Louisiana. Growth Potential: Ideal for experienced physician leaders or physicians seeking their first leadership role. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $275,000 guaranteed. Bonus Opportunities: Productivity incentives Patient encounter bonuses Value-based care and quality incentives Shared savings opportunities Sign-On Bonus: $25,000. Qualifications Degree: MD or DO Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine preferred; Pediatrics considered.
