Quick Facts: Location: 5200 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75235 Start Date: 05/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday, outpatient hours, no call requirements Hours/week: Full-time (40 hours/week) Employment Type: Direct hire, permanent License/Certifications: Valid Texas medical license, board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (public posted rate, negotiations encouraged) Pay Package: Competitive based on experience and training Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance (comprehensive W-2 benefits) Retirement plans Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Paid sick leave (per state laws) Reimbursements for licensure, certification, licensing, and travel-related expenses Weekly pay via direct deposit What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality outpatient primary care to adult patients in a busy community clinic. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, emphasizing preventive care. Conduct patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostics. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines. Counsel patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources. Document medical encounters accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR). Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to healthcare regulations. Engage in continuing education to stay current with medical advancements. What You Need: Required: Texas medical license Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Prior outpatient primary care experience Preferred: Bilingual skills or experience serving diverse populations Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: This position is with a leading healthcare provider in Dallas, dedicated to improving community health through accessible, patient-centered services.
