Production Team Member (Summer Help)

Essential Responsibilities Assist with production and packaging activities. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package, stack, move, and organize materials and finished products. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Complete basic production documentation and checklists as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, or college, or recently graduated. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
