\nLocation: Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee Area
\nWe are currently seeking two General Dentists to join a modern, fully digitalized dental practice group serving the Chattanooga, TN market. These are excellent opportunities for providers seeking strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
\nWe currently have two openings available:
\nPosition #1 – Medicaid Provider Preferred/Required
\n• Experience with Medicaid patient populations required
\n• High-volume patient flow
\n• Excellent opportunity for a provider comfortable treating a broad range of patients and procedures
\nPosition #2 – Primarily PPO/Cash Patient Base
\n• Medicaid participation not required
\n• Adult-focused patient base with strong restorative opportunities
\n• Ideal for a provider seeking a traditional PPO/private-pay setting
\nPractice Overview
\n• Full-scope General Dentistry under one roof
\n• Modern, fully digital practice environment
\n• Strong clinical and administrative support teams
\n• Established patient base with immediate production opportunity
\nClinical Scope
\n• Bread and Butter General Dentistry
\n• Restorative, Crown & Bridge
\n• Extractions
\n• Anterior Endodontics preferred
\n• Implant placement/restoration opportunities available depending on experience
\n• Ability to perform comprehensive treatment planning
\nTechnology & Support
\n• Fully digital operatories
\n• Experienced assistants and hygiene support
\n• Dedicated front office and management team
\n• Multiple operatories with room for growth
\nCompensation & Benefits
\n• Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of production
\n• Expected earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually depending on production
\n• CE allowance provided
