We are seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to support daily laboratory operations and staff supervision.

Schedule:
\n Mixed shifts (7–10 hour shifts)
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Perform and oversee high-complexity laboratory testing
\n - Provide leadership support to technical staff
\n - Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
\n - Assist with workflow coordination and problem-solving in the lab
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
\n - Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
\n - ASCP certification preferred
\n - Prior clinical laboratory experience required
\n - Leadership experience strongly preferred
\n
