Well respected Health Facility is seeking a Family NP/PA w/ Occupational Medicine about 1.5hrs from Bangor, ME

\n - 4 x 10's or 5 x 8's if preferred.
\n - Will see all ages.
\n - DOT certified or willing to obtain
\n - Can be both Family Practice and Occ Med (depending on the provider)
\n - 100% outpatient.
\n - PPD is 1.5 her contact hour
