Job Description
Great opportunity in San Jacinto, CA area for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work in an outpatient family practice setting.
\n
\n - Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
\n - Must have atleast 1+ yrs exp in Family Practice/Urgent Care
\n - Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid and able to start ASAP
\n - Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8 hour shifts - no call
\n - 3-4 patients per hour
\n - Scheduled and Walk In patients throughout day
\n - EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic
\n - Looking for mission driven providers to help the community in need
\n - $160-170K salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, $10K sign on, relocation, and loan repayment options available
