Job Details- Work schedule: 4 days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Patient load: 18 to 20 patients daily.
- Setting: Rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Required experience: Women's health, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems: OCHIN or EPI.
- Experience with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma is essential.
- Having a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) waiver is beneficial for supporting addiction treatment.
- A long-term commitment of at least 5 to 6 months is preferred.
